Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register for our events (e.g. Pinkathon Day 2026 at pinkathonday.ameyabharat.com) we collect the details you provide: name, date of birth, gender, email, mobile number, postal address, emergency contact, T-shirt size, chosen event location, and the same details for any family members you add. We record payment status and reference IDs returned by our payment partner — we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

How we use it

• To process your registration and payment, and issue your Registration ID, bib and receipt.
• To send transactional messages (verification codes, confirmations, event updates) by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
• For on-ground event operations: bib distribution, check-in, safety and emergency contact.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to process payments (subject to their privacy policy).
• Email / WhatsApp service providers — solely to deliver the messages above.
• Event-location coordinators see only the registrations for their own location, for on-ground operations.
• Authorities, if and only if required by law.

Security, retention & your rights

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers.
• We use only essential cookies — no third-party advertising trackers.
• Registration records are retained for event administration and statutory compliance, then deleted or anonymised.
