Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped — collect at the venue

We provide event registration services; no physical goods are shipped to your address. The event kit (bib and included T-shirt for every participant) is collected in person at your selected event location, at the bib-collection counter, on the date/time communicated by email/WhatsApp before the event.

Delivery timeline

• Confirmation & payment receipt (Registration ID + QR code): delivered digitally, immediately after successful payment — on the confirmation screen, by email, and by WhatsApp where available.
• Event kit (bib + T-shirt): handed over in person at your selected venue during bib collection before/on event day (Pinkathon Day 2026: Sunday, 25 October 2026).
• No courier or postal shipping is involved at any stage, so no shipping charges apply.

T-shirt sizes & exchanges

• T-shirts are provided in the size selected during registration.
• Size exchanges may be requested at the venue counter and are subject to available stock; they cannot be guaranteed.
