About us & acceptance

AmeyaBharat Sports & Fitness Private Limited ("the Organiser", "we", "us") organises women's fitness events across India, including Pinkathon Day 2026 (Sunday, 25 October 2026). Event registrations are taken online at pinkathonday.ameyabharat.com. By registering you accept these Terms and Conditions and the event's Guidelines & Waiver.

Registration, pricing & payment

• The registration fee per participant is displayed on the registration page, is charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), and is inclusive of applicable taxes.
• The primary participant must be a woman, 18 years or older. Family members (including men) may be added to a registration.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• A registration is confirmed only after successful payment, upon which a unique Registration ID is issued by email/WhatsApp.
• Registration fees are non-refundable — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Registrations are personal and non-transferable except with the Organiser's written consent.

The event

• The Organiser may modify the event schedule, route or venue arrangements for safety, weather or regulatory reasons; changes are communicated on the website and/or by email/WhatsApp.
• Participation is at the participant's own risk, per the Health & Safety Waiver accepted at registration.
• Event photographs/videos in which participants appear may be used for promotional purposes.

General

• We may refuse or cancel a registration containing false or misleading information.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
