Cancellation policy

Once payment is completed, an event registration (e.g. for Pinkathon Day 2026) cannot be cancelled by the participant — there is no cancellation option for change of plans, non-participation on event day, or inability to attend for personal reasons. Please review your details carefully before paying.

Refund policy — registration fees are non-refundable

As accepted at the time of registration, event registration fees (charged in Indian Rupees, INR ₹) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

When we DO refund

• Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same registration, the extra charge is refunded in full.
• Failed registration — if money was debited but no Registration ID was issued and the payment isn't auto-reversed by your bank, we refund it after verification.
• Erroneous excess charge — any amount collected above the displayed fee is refunded.

Refund timeline: eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (card / UPI / netbanking / wallet) within 5–7 working days of verification; your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it. To request a refund, write to info@pinkathonday.life with your Registration ID (or payment reference) and the transaction date.

Event changes

If an event is postponed or a venue is changed for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, regulatory directions), registrations remain valid for the rescheduled date/venue and fees are not refunded. Updates are communicated on the event website and by email/WhatsApp.
